We have known Kyle for many years as his family owns the local DJ equipment store. So we do a LOT of shopping there, and spend a good amount of time (and money) in their store. Kyle had grown up seeing Buckeye Sounds do his high school dances too, but we considered it a great honor when we asked us to be the DJ at his and Kelly’s reception.
Their wedding ceremony and reception was at Jorgensen Farms which is a working farm in the New Albany area that has added a wedding venue. The couple had just about THE perfect day to have their ceremony outside. You had beautiful blue skies and a comfortable temperature. The music and special ceremony mics were supplied of course. And we think there might have been a drone flyover or two as Kyle is an expert in that area.
We did some uplighting around the room in the couple’s color. We just love the way that a splash of lighting can make your pictures look so much better.
The highlight of the evening? Easy. That was when Kyle and some of his friends did a “Lip Sync Battle” performance for the crowd. You can see by the huge smile on the bride’s face what she thought of it. The lip sync brought the house down!
