A Unique Fall Reception At The WEstin Columbus
Beautiful and elegant, with a modern twist is how I would describe this reception at the Westin Columbus.
Alina had previously seen us DJ at another reception that was a really good time. So I was excited when they contacted me and told me they wanted the same thing for their guests.
If you've visited our blog site before you know that we love weddings at the ballroom of the Westin. We are lucky to be on their preferred vendor list and that allows us to DJ several times a year there.
But this wedding had a very unique and modern twist to it that we pulled off with the help of a great wedding photographer - Brian Kellogg.
The bride and groom had wanted to use our LED TVs to do some multi-media at their reception. So we did the music videos of course. But we also showed pictures from Instagram that used their wedding hashtag!
But what was really great was that Brian took some of the pictures he took of the ceremony and then gave them to us to show to the bride and groom and their guests.
We brought the bride and groom out into the center of the ballroom to get the best view. To say the least, everyone in the room loved this effect.
These items are unique and they go a long way into making the reception a better party.
